The Board of Trustees is the governing, representative and administrative body of the foundation, responsible for carrying out the functions assigned to it in accordance with the legal system and the statutes of the Agency.
The founding trustee is the Provincial Council of Alicante, which is permanently represented by its President.
Alicante Natura Red Ambiental de la Provincia de Alicante is an associate trustee that contributes financially to various programmes of the foundation, as well as to its general operating expenses.
